Wild Wear Designs  30-Day Return Policy

At Wild Wear Designs, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Items must be free of odors, pet hair, and signs of wear.

The customer must provide returns form with items returning.

Return Process

Contact Us First
Email us at support@wildweardesigns.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide return shipping information if applicable and returns form. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return the Item
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You are welcome to choose any tracked shipping method that works best for you.

Include the Return Form inside your parcel to help us process your refund quickly.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds typically appear in your account within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
